How to Return ?

Returning an order or single items

  • You can return the order, or part of order, within 14 days of arrival
  • Follow INSTRUCTIONS below
  • Please fill in the Custom Declaration form , which we will send to you by mail. Attach it on the outside of the return parcel. This only concern countrys outside EU.
  • The right to return the product in accordance with the Distant Sales Act applies only if the merchandise and its original packaging are returned in unchanged condition.
  • The product may not have been used, and must be returned in the original packing and with all hangtags attached to garment.
  • When we have received the product and checked it to be in a good condition, we will credit you the value of your purchase.
  • The return freight/delivery cost is paid by you.
  • We will pay for the return freight/delivery costs if the products are damaged or defect clearly caused in production.
    If the returned item is claimed as a defect product and the defect can not be proved, will the client be charged freight back & forward.

Return of saleitems

  • Saleitems can not be returned


  • If the product have damaged or disappeared during transport to the client, will Soul of Jiva take full responsibility.
    If you find it damaged when you receive the goods, make a note to the transport company when you sign for the goods.


  • This instruction applies to all types of returns. It is important that you fill in all the squares in the return form. The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must be received by us within this time.

NOTE! Returns sent to us without approved return confirmation or complaint number WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

            Don't write any personal data or bank account, credit card number in this form.
